Happy Wednesday to you! We made it back from Seattle and had a total blast! Went up to the top of the Space Needle (my third time!!!) and went to the original Starbucks down by Pike's Place Market! Since I haven't had any time to stamp in the last few days, thought I'd share a few of my favorite cards from a card swap my friend in Idaho hosted! I love card swaps and there were {10} of us this time which was nice! Quick and easy! Enjoy the talent these ladies put into their fabulous creations!

Featured Stamper: My Downline Melissa

My friend and downline, Melissa Mattox, a Senior Associate from Vancouver, WA made this cute card for a swap we had at a BZB demonstrator meeting! I love the color combination of: Summer Sun, Whisper White, Old Olive, and Basic Gray! The assortment of circles in the Circle Circus set makes for stamping the center very stylish and sophisticated!

Of course I'd love to have YOU join my Stampin' Essentials team! Stampin' Up! is the best company to work with and take amazing care of their demonstrators! It's a Stretch....thank you!

This card reminds that Easter will be here before we know it! Hehe! I'm having a great time relaxing and hanging out with my family! It's very cold up here, but there is no snow yet, but it's very cold! We've been making cookies, apple cake, apple sauce, and all sorts of gluten-free goodies! My parent's have several apple trees in their front yard, so my mom looks forward to finding 'new' desserts and goodies to try to use up all the apples! It's fun! We watched 'State of Play' this afternoon and finished Season 5 of '24'. Hopefully tomorrow we'll catch the Seahawks game and I'll have time to brainstorm some card layouts for upcoming challenges! I'm looking forward to getting back into my regular crafting routine! Hope you're having a wonderful Saturday! Stampin' Up! Thoroughly Modern Happy Birthday!

The Bitty Birthday stamp set on page 68 of the Idea Book & Catalog is pretty cute! I can't believe it's only $12.95! What a deal! Today's card was made by a very talented, fellow member of the BZB demonstrator group, Paulette Fryar! She's a very crafty girl and I love all her cards and projects!
The card base is cut from Bermuda Bay card stock, then embossed using the Big Shot Die-Cut machine and the Texturz Plates Kit #4 (featured below)...... Texturz Plates measure 8" x 5-7/8" and create subtle patterns and designs on card stock, giving your project a delicate embossed background. The Kit #4 comes in a set of {3} double-sided plates - which is 6 unique and exciting embossed options. Tip: You'll want to use these with the Impressions Pad, and the Silicone Rubber Pad (sold individually).
This cute line art set is perfect for stamping in Basic Black or Basic Gray ink and using markers to color in whichever colors you want! The gift bag on today's card was colored in with the Bermuda Bay, Sahara Sand, and Melon Mambo Markers!

Serene Snowflakes with Champagne Mist Paint!

Shimmer paint - oh how fun! It's new and in the Holiday Mini Catalog on page 27! Comes in three fantastic colors: Champagne Mist, Frost White, and Platinum! You can make any paper look shimmery with this paint! It's acid-free and perfect for porous surfaces such as paper, fabric, and wood! Apply the paint to any stamp with a spinge dauber to create frosted, stamped images like in the card featurd above. It's nontoxic and comes in a .5 oz. container!
Tip: The images in the Serene Snowflakes stamp set coordinate beautifully with the Icicle Rub-Ons. Enjoy the results you get by using these pretty products together!

Tree Trimmings Merry Christmas Card

This is probably my favorite Christmas card yet, made by my talented fellow SU Demonstrator, Paulette Fryar! I love the colors, textured background, designer series paper, and of course the adorable ornament stamp set! The Tree Trimmings stamp set is only $14.95 and is on page 28 of the Idea Book & Catalog! The Christmas Cocoa Specialty Designer Series Paper is new and featured on page 21 of the Holiday Mini Catalog! The metallic touch on this paper is just right for holiday cards and projects! My wonderful friend, and Stampin' Up! upline, Heather Lindeen stamped this fabulous card for me!! She is such a dear friend and talented demonstrator ~ I love receiving her hand stamped cards in the mail! The Stampin' Up! Finial Press embossing folder (pg. 195) adds a simple elegance to this card!

It's easy to create the Medallion using the Big Shot and Top Note Die-Cut! Just run the Top Note (4) times through the Big Shot, rotating it slightly the 2nd - 4th time!
