Rubber Stamp Storage - Cute and Simple Ideas to Display stamps

Where and how do you store stamps?  Well, that's a great question.  There are dozens of affordable, convenient, and innovate ways to store stamps -- some even work for display and inspiration too!  This post is dedicated to showing you several of my favorite ways to store and display rubber stamps!  In fact I dedicated an entire Pinterest Board to the art of storing rubber stamps!  I hope it inspires you as you create! Please follow me on Pinterest and leave a comment here too.  I'd love to hear from you!

Starting off my parade of amazing rubber stamp storage ideas is this display rack or tiered wire basket.  Perfect for single Wood Mount stamps or single Clear Mount stamps that don't come in their own case!  Perfect for a desk top or counter where you can easily grab a stamp from your stash!
This is also a favorite of mine because of the large L.  This is an awesome way to personalize your work area or craft room, and since my last name starts with L, I'm in love.  The top shelf of this black display rack is large enough for background stamps, which is so great.  You could display stamps from largest to smallest or by other themes that inspire you or help make them easier to find!

Just got the Pottery Barn Bed and Bath catalog in the mail today and I noticed this Shelby Collection chest of drawers.  It's inspired by an antique letterpress printer's cabinet and has bronze bin pulls.  I thought the shallow drawers would be perfect for background stamps, stamp sets, punches, ink pads, even Big Shot dies or framelits.  A perfect piece for a small crafting area or for maximizing storage in any area.  Very cool.  The letterpress drawers are everywhere online and a crafters dream!  Some are incredibly vintage and antique collectibles.  LOVE!

Of course we can't forget mason jars or glass containers!  These jars with lid come from Target in various sizes and are wonderful for storing rubber stamps or other craft supplies.  Line them up in a row and use them to display your stamps in themes or by occasions.  I also have a Mason Jar Madness Pinterest Board if you'd like to see more ideas using just Mason Jars!

I really love the tiered storage concept -- especially for wood mounted stamps.  Typically most of these are for fruit and veggies in the kitchen, but can honestly work wonderfully for storing stamps.  Well, okay - maybe for any scrapbook or paper crafting product out there!  TJ Max often has affordable pieces like this as well as Target or even flea markets too!  They come in so many colors, sizes, heights, etc. that you can personalize and make it to suite your own crafting space!

Can't forget about Clear Mount stamps!  So Stampin' Up! offers 'Pure Genius' storage options with the Clear Mount sets.  These come in DVD cases that are perfect for storing vertically and/or lining up like books on a shelf OR any DVD storage units would work for these stamps as well!  Coming SOON will be cases similar to this for Wood Mount sets.  Wood Mount storage cases will be available May 31st with the NEW Stampin' Up! Catalog!  These will have the image of the sets along the spine of the case and be about twice as thick so you can put punches or glue dots in there.  Probably even your lunch!  {YES!}

Okay one last idea.  This is a very affordable stamp storage solutions that doesn't take up too much space. You can find a large vent like this one in the contractor section of your local home improvement store. Lay it flat and you can prop up rows of stamps right on your desktop or counter top. They come in metal (which you can paint to fit your color scheme) or plastic, so they are easy to clean.
