Le Jardin Chic Purse with Artistic Etchings Stamps

Wanted to share with you this INCREDIBLE deal at the Stampin' Up! Clearance Rack! The Le Jardin DSP pack of papers are on sale for only $3.99! This pack of papers includes {12} beautiful sheets of papers! Shop On-Line now, and save big on some amazing close-out Stampin' Up! products! Here's a close up of the Le Jardin Designer Series Papers (my purse is made out of these pretty double-sided papers!!!).

Here's what I created using the papers, a pretty purse with a set of 8 cards! This purse fits the standard A2 size cards!

Here's a photo of the purse and {8} cards!

My card layout was inspired by the card sketch at Clean & Simple Stamping FTL#94! I'm pretty much in love with the Artistic Etchings stamp set, which will be in the 2010-2011 Idea Book & Catalog! It'll be available in Clear Mount {C} or Wood Mount {W}. The Caard Varks blog also had an Embossing Challenge this month, so I entered this set there too!

Stampin' Essentials Tips:

  • Say 'Hello' to a new Scallop Circle Punch! Stampin' Up! will be offering a NEW 2-3/8" Scallop Circle Punch in the new IBC. It perfects hosts the 1-3/4" Circle Punch!
  • My Always Artichoke back drop to this card was stamped with the Gratuitous Graffiti Stamp! This Gorgeous Background stamp is on the LAST CHANCE LIST and won't be available after June 30th!
  • Love texture? Stampin' Up! will be offering a new Vintage Wallpaper Textured Impressions Embossing Folder in the 2010-2011 Idea Book & Catalog! It's a must have SU Exclusive coordinating product with the Big Shot Die-Cut Machine! I ran a 2" x 5-1/4" piece of Bashful Blue Card Stock through my Big Shot with the Vintage Wallpaper Folder to follow along with the card sketch!

Summer = Sunshine, beaches, fun purses, weddings, vacations, new SU IBC and a challenge at PPA! I entered my card purse at the Summer Theme Challenge at PPA! Oh what fun! This bright and cheery purse and cards just make me happy!
