My card base is Kraft Card Stock and I ran it through the Big Shot with the Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder (still available from the Occasions Mini Catalog). One of the things about this folder that make it my favorite, is that it perfectly fits an entire 4-1/4" x 5-1/2" card front.
My sentiment is from the Chit Chat Rub-Ons on page 177 of the IBC. I love the look of a White sentiment on Basic Black card stock! Using my Bone Folder, I broke up the fibers in the card stock so it would be easier to make it wavy!
My flowers were made using the Scallop Circle punch and the Fancy Flower punch (still available from the Occasions Mini Catalog). I distressed them then added a 5/8" Silver brad in the middle!

ReplyDeleteOh, Kari, this is so fantastic! Not only are the colors bright and vibrant but I love the way the flower looks. And the strip is buckling instead of laying flat like most of us would do. How clever and beautiful!
